Royalty free classical music licence

You may:

• download and stream audio demos of the Works for preview and evaluation only; and
• upon payment of the Licence Fee (as defined below) download, use the Work or Works named in the licence for your personal commercial and non-commercial use for the synchronisation of the Works within, (but not limited to): film, video, television, radio, CD products, multimedia presentations, computer and video games and computer generated works such as websites, podcasts and computer software based or generated works developed, produced or otherwise created by you ("Synchronisation") and as "music-on-hold" and "in-house-music" for so long as copyright exists in the Works; and
• use the music for commercial projects such as, but not limited to corporate, training, fitness, sports, wedding DVDs and videos and for production runs not exceeding 5000 units. For mass market productions, promotions and distribution such as feature films, worldwide television syndication or production runs exceeding 5000 units, a separate licence fee is needed it is your responsibility to contact us regarding your needs outside these licence Terms.
• Please note: audio-only CDs require a special separate licence.
• in using Works as permitted by these Terms modify or adapt the Works only by editing or cutting provided that you do not do so to create a new composition.

• use, copy, modify or adapt the Works other than as expressly permitted by these Terms; or
• add lyrics to the Works; or
• use, modify or adapt any part of Works in any manner, including without limitation by way of copying, sampling or looping for the purpose of creating any new composition or works; or
• use the music for mass market productions, promotions and distribution such as feature films, worldwide television syndication, or production runs of commercial projects such as; but not limited to corporate, training, fitness, sports, wedding DVDs and videos exceeding 5000 units without payment of a further licence fee. It is your responsibility to contact us regarding your needs outside these licence Terms; or
• use the music on audio-only CD productions without payment of a special licence fee. It is your responsibility to contact us regarding your needs outside these licence Terms; or
• stream the Works or use the Works on the Internet except in Quicktime, Windows Media Player, Flash or Real Audio file format so that illegal downloading and use of the Works is totally impossible; or
• sub-license, rent, assign, resell or otherwise deal in the rights or Works licensed to you except as part of the Synchronisation work and after prior payment of the Licence Fee (as defined below); or
• commercially exploit or authorise any third party to commercially exploit, including by way of commercial release of any Synchronisation containing the Works or any part of them without prior payment of the Licence Fee (as defined below); or
• represent yourself as being connected in any way with the Apollo Symphony Orchestra or classicalmusicroyaltyfree.com.

• Copyright (and all other like rights) in the Works is owned by or licensed to classicalmusicroyaltyfree.com, unless otherwise specified.
• In any exploitation, by you of any Work (including Synchronisations and in the manner aforesaid) you shall afford and shall procure that such third party affords classicalmusicroyaltyfree.com with such credit as shall be reasonable.
• You shall not modify or adapt the Works or part thereof except as expressly permitted in these Terms or by and in accordance with s. 296A(1) Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988 or s. 50B(2) Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988;
• Copyright (and all other like rights) in such modifications and adaptations are and shall be the exclusive property of and vest in classicalmusicroyaltyfree.com on creation and you shall do such acts as may be required for vesting absolutely full right, title, property and interest therein PROVIDED always that you shall be entitled to use such Work, improvement and modification in accordance with these Terms.
• The names Apollo Symphony Orchestra and "classicalmusicroyaltyfree.com" are trade names or trade marks of Chris Worth Productions. All other trade marks are acknowledged and classicalmusicroyaltyfree.com makes no warranty or representation in respect thereof.

• pay to classicalmusicroyaltyfree.com the fee for the permitted use of a particular Work as set out on this website and in the Request ("Licence Fee");
• comply at all times with these Terms;
• grant classicalmusicroyaltyfree.com or its representatives the rights, on giving you reasonable notice, to audit your works, commercial dealings and accounts to ensure compliance with these Terms.
• The licence granted hereunder and the Licence Fee does not include or cover performance rights. On public performance or commercial broadcast of the Works you shall use your best endeavours to inform the relevant collection society in relation thereto and indemnify classicalmusicroyaltyfree.com in relation thereto. None of the tracks in the royalty free music library are registered by the Apollo Symphony Orchestra or classicalmusicroyaltyfree.com with any collecting organisation.
• To use the Works beyond the Terms you must send an email to info@classicalmusicroyaltyfree.com, or by post to Apollo Symphony Orchestra, 27 Stainesway, Louth, Lincolnshire, LN11 0DE, United Kingdom stating your requirements and intentions and seeking consent, such consent to be withheld at the sole discretion of classicalmusicroyaltyfree.com.

• By submitting a Request you may offer to purchase a licence to use the Work or Works named for the price stated in the Request.
• All prices are quoted in US Dollars, GB Pounds, Canadian Dollars, Euros and Australian Dollars and do not include local import or sales taxes.
• Requests are subject to these terms and conditions, will be confirmed by e-mail and are deemed accepted when we send out an e-mail acceptance OR the Works.
• Works shall be dispatched in the file format specified in the Request.
• You will not be charged for any Requests that cannot be fulfilled and where appropriate we will re-credit to your account any sum debited by us.
• Requests may be processed online, by phone or by fax, using a stated credit or debit card or cheque sent to the address below. classicalmusicroyaltyfree.com does not accept cash. Transactions using cheque will not be processed until such cheque has cleared.
• classicalmusicroyaltyfree.com may cancel any sale and not supply Works if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of items at any time at its sole discretion.
• If the Works received are faulty please return the file to classicalmusicroyaltyfree.com for a full refund or replacement, whenever possible and reasonable.
• If you change your mind before receiving the Works (i.e before you open the file containing the Works, please return the file before using it or otherwise copying it, with the accompanying email and delete all copies from your system within 7 working days. A refund will be given provided it has been returned in the condition it was in when delivered to you and we are satisfied that the Works have not been used. No reason has to be given.
• Please note that in order to make commercial exploitation of any Work you must be over the age of 18 years or else have your parent's consent to do so on these Terms. You therefore warrant that you are over 18 years of age or else have your parent's consent and that your parents have read and agree to these Terms.
• The licence granted hereunder arises only on receipt of payment of the Fees in full and shall automatically terminate in the event that you breach these Terms.
• Use of classicalmusicroyaltyfree.com and these terms are subject to the laws of England and the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
